Skill Name: Defensive AI
Description: Creates a stationary drone that fires a beam whenever you expend 15 ammo. When drones hit enemies they chip off salvage that, when picked up, reduce the cooldown and adds a power charge. Every 30 power charges adds a use charge (up to 4 total) After 80 power charges drones will cause an explosion every time they fire.
