Slicmorph
The Slicmorph is one of the ships available in Power of Ten.
Description
This ship is probably the most difficult to master, as its full potential relies on improving its skills to their max, which can only be achieved by constantly swapping modes while playing. This requires a very precise knowledge about weapon types, shooting timing and handling of ingame mechanics. Do not however be scared about this complexity, as you will handle an extremely powerful ship once you know how to play properly with the Slicmorph.
Skill
Skill Name: Light/Heavy/Explosive/Energy Mode
Description: Depending on the weapon you have equipped at the moment, the skill effects change:
1) Light
Increases speed and fire rate for a short time. Using a different ability mode after this will add a power charge. Every 10 power charges adds 1 second to this ability's duration.
2) Heavy
Creates heavy barriers that rotate around the ship protecting it from projectiles for a time. Blocked projectiles will reduce the remaining cooldown of the ability. Using a different ability mode after this will add a power charge. After 20 power charges barriers that absorb projectiles will overcharge and shoot projectiles outward when they are destroyed.
3) Explosive
Creates three explosive drones that repeatedly explode while circling your ship. Explosives that connect will reduce the remaining cooldown of the ability. Using a different ability mode after this will add a power charge. Every 10 power charges will increase the number of times drones explode and the speed they explode at.
4) Energy
Dashes a short distance and causes a small explosion at the ending. If the explosion hits it reduces the remaining cooldown dramatically. Using a different ability mode after this will add a power charge. Every 10 power charges will increase the size of the explosion. Every 15 power charges will increase the damage done.
